Entry/Passes

For questions regarding your pass order please go to http://www.stubwire.com/help.php

Passes will be sold online, at area retailers (locations TBA), and at the gate the days of the fest. Prices are subject to increase.

Passes allow access to both days of the weekend festival. No individual day passes will be sold. Re-entry allowed with wristband.

All pass sales are final, however upgrades are permitted. Please note that no lost or stolen passes will be replaced. You must purchase another pass to gain entry.

Passes purchased through unauthorized dealers will be considered counterfeit and void.

Passes will be exchanged for wristbands that MUST be worn for the duration of the weekend in order to be allowed entry and re-entry to the fest.

Wristbands must be fastened securely on the wrist and left intact to gain re-entry the next day, or coming and going throughout the day.

Wristbands deemed to be worn too loose will be checked against the buyer's name and may be confiscated if misuse is determined.

IMPORTANT HEAT EXHAUSTION PREVENTION:
Houston is hot and humid during the summer and while everyone should do their best to have a great time, you should also take precautions to prevent heat related illnesses and keep an eye out for others who might be experiencing heat exhaustion or heat stroke. We have a large medical team and first aid posts throughout the festival. Should you or someone else need medical attention, just ask the nearest person to you to find any of our staff members who can assist you.
Click here for a PDF containing signs and symptoms of heat related health issues.

Prevent heat exhaustion and heatstroke by wearing light colored, loose fitting clothes; drink plenty of water; wear sunscreen and a hat; take a break in the shade if you feel like the heat is getting to you.

What happened to Dancey Pants?

Because of overwhelming popular demand, we have decided to integrate the Dancey Pants acts into the General Admission pass so everyone has a chance to see the national AND local acts which were booked for this tent. Some of the acts, like Chromeo, will be added to the main stage. Schedule to be announced soon-ish.

But what if I already bought a pass?

No problem. You still get all the amenities which you bought: Complimentary drinks, access to an air-conditioned tent, tote bag, etc. And guess what? You get access to the super-duper-elite main stage viewing area.

Is there still an electronic music stage?

Yes. Dancey Pants acts, including all the great local electronic acts, will be featured on this stage. But now, everyone can join in.

Can I bring glow sticks?

If you must.
